Your board members are hard at work behind the scenes already planning a great summer 2022 swim season. Please review this email carefully, as it contains some important and exciting information.

• Tuesday, May 31 – Tigerfish Tryouts and evening practices start
• Sunday, June 5 – CMSL League Team Rep Clinic
• Wednesday, June 15 – Last Day of School (estimated date)
• Thursday, June 16 – Morning Practices Start (day after last day of school)
• Saturday, June 18 – Time Trials
• Sunday, June 19 – Father’s Day and Juneteenth Federal Holiday
• Monday, June 20 – Juneteenth Federal Holiday (Observed) - no practice or meets
• Saturday, June 25 – Dual Meet Number 1
• Saturday, July 2 – Dual Meet Number 2
• Monday, July 4 – Independence Day - no practice or meets
• Saturday, July 9 - Dual Meet Number 3
• Saturday, July 16 – Dual Meet number 4
• Saturday, July 23 – Dual Meet number 5
• Wednesday, July 27 – Straehle Invitational Meet
• Saturday, July 30 – Divisional Championship Meet and Tigerfish Awards Banquet in the evening

TVT Information Sessions:

March, April and May virtual information sessions are planned for returning families and new families! Please join us and pass this information on to new/prospective families.

Registration Information:

Registration will open in April. Registration fee will include a TVT swim cap, which all swimmers will wear for meets. Stay tuned for swimsuit information to follow.

Recruiting new swimmers:

If you have a friend in the TV community who is interested in joining for the 2022 season and did not swim with us in 2021, please reach out and let us know! We’d like to contact them and share some information. We are planning to have a new mentorship program to pair returning swim families with new swim families–stay tuned.

Recruiting Coaches:

Coaches are an essential part of the season, and we cannot do it without them! We have been extremely fortunate to have incredible coaches. Do you have a teenager who is interested in becoming a coach this summer for our team? Do you have a neighbor in the TV community who might be interested? Please reach out to us and let us know! Coaching our TVT team is a fun and fulfilling way to pass the summer weeks.
