Hello Tigerfish families,

Looking forwarding to some great weather for our Time Trial tomorrow!

A few reminders:

1) Volunteers: we still need 2 more timers and 1 more volunteer for clerk of course. Please sign up! Set up crew should arrive at 6:30AM. All volunteers should check in with Faten or a board member upon arrival at the pool. There will be an orientation meeting for all timers once we gather all timers at 8:15ish.

2) Individual and Team Photos start at 7am:

All swimmers including Learn to Race are to be included in the team photo. Parents have the option to also take individual and sibling photos.

3) Please refer to our website —> 2023 season —> all about meets on general schedule (warm up starts at 8AM sharp, time trial begins at 8:30AM, expected to finish around 10:30am) and review what you should bring. Swimmers are asked to wear either team suit or black. Download the swimtopia app if you haven’t already.

4) Concession: Since we have a short day tomorrow, concession stand will have coffee, Gatorade, water and donuts only for sale. Bring cash to help support the team fundraising effort! 
5) Parking: Since we will not have visitors tomorrow, no restrictions on parking except we will designate some slots for our officials.

Tomorrow’s event will be very low-key. You will be amongst our community family! Don’t hesitate to talk to any one of the board members if you have any questions or concerns.
