Hi everyone - it's hard to believe today is July 1st!  

We do have a few practice updates that we wanted to make you aware of. Please review and adjust your schedules accordingly:

• Wednesday, July 3rd:  Morning practice only.  No evening practice.
• Thursday, July 4th:  No practice due to the holiday.
• Friday, July 5th:  Morning practice only.  No evening practice
• Tuesday, July 9th:  No morning practice due to lifeguard in-service.
