Time Trial Meet: Sign In/Out + Team Photo Details

Hello TVT Parents!
We are excited about this season and look forward to getting to know all of you more. Here are some instructions for the upcoming Time Trial Meet this Saturday, 6/14/2025 and the 3 key things for you to do:
- Sign your swimmer into the meet or out of the meet:
All swim team parents MUST indicate whether their child is participating in next Saturday’s Time Trial Meet, regardless of whether you’re attending or not either on the Swimtopia app or at https://tvtswim.swimtopia. com/swim_meets by Wednesday, 6/11 at 9am. Learn to Race swimmers do not need to sign in, but they are included in the team picture.
It is important that parents check in their swimmers by the 6/11 deadline so the coaches can assign them to their events. Parents will be required to do this for each meet. - Sign up for Volunteer Jobs:
If attending, sign up for volunteer jobs either on the Swimtopia app or at tvtswim.swimtopia.com/swim_meets .
Volunteer job sign-up is now open on Meet Signup Calendar - Taylor Village Tigerfish (swimtopia.com) and on the SwimTopia app. Please make sure every family has signed up for at least one job. Show up at 7am for the individual and Team Photo at 7:30am on 6/14. All swimmers including Learn to Race are to be included in the team photo.

- Team Photo Check-In at 7:30 am
