contains more general info.

Up-Front Plug: Announcer Needed
Our usual announcer is unavailable for the first home meet (June 27). If you'd like to fill in, please find a board member on Saturday morning. We’ll give you all the knowledge you need to run an efficient meet.

Run of Show for Time Trials
7:00 AM: Setup volunteers arrive / begin setup
7:00 AM: Individual photos (if desired)
**7:25 AM: ALL swimmers arrive, dressed to swim – please be on time**
7:30 AM: MANDATORY Team photo – if you arrive late, you will not be included in the Team Photo.

**[Parents are NOT permitted to take their own team photos while the photographer is present]**

8:00 AM: MANDATORY Warm-ups (swimmers not present for warm-ups may not be able to swim in time trials)
8:40 AM (approx): Officials meeting
8:45 AM (approx): Timers meeting
8:55 AM (approx): National Anthem and Flags (notify a board member if your child would like to participate in either of these activities)
9:00 AM: First event begins
11:00 AM: Estimated time trials end / clean-up begins

What Stroke(s) Will My Child Swim?
Age dependent, swimmers will compete in: Individual Medley (IM), Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly and Breaststroke. We do NOT run relays at time trials

What to Bring
Especially for new families, review our Swim Meet 101 page to learn what we recommend you bring with you tomorrow. We will sell light concessions and merchandise, and will accept cash or Venmo.

Volunteers
Thank you for hearing our pleas. Looks like we filled every volunteer (awesome!). When you arrive tomorrow, please check in with Pavi (Volunteer Coordinator) so that she knows you are here.
